**About the Opportunity**

We seek a **Generalist HR Coordinator** to support the structuring, management, and optimization of HR routines in Brazil.
This role carries both strategic and operational responsibilities, acting as a liaison with leadership teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure process efficiency, legal compliance, and reinforcement of organizational culture.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage payroll in partnership with BPO, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
* Administer and optimize the benefits package;
* Manage HR vendors (BPO, benefits providers, training providers, etc.);
* Monitor HR metrics (KPIs) and propose improvements;
* Develop and implement Training & Development initiatives;
* Support organizational culture strengthening;
* Assist leadership teams in people management;
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
**Mandatory Requirements**
---------------------------
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or related fields;
* Generalist HR experience;
* Experience managing payroll via BPO;
* Experience with HR metrics;
* Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT);
* Intermediate/advanced English or Chinese.
**Preferred Qualifications**
------------------------
* Experience in multinational companies, especially those of Asian origin;
* Experience with organizational culture programs;
* Strong process structuring and organizational skills.
