Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for monitoring and handling vehicles under maintenance, managing traffic violations, releasing reserve vehicles, and controlling accident-related documentation. All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** ACTIVITIES: Monitoring and executing actions related to all vehicles under maintenance; this role manages a client portfolio. Monitoring and tracking traffic violations committed by drivers (e.g., extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to clients, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Releasing reserve vehicles. Controlling and requesting documents from drivers involved in accidents or incidents. Contacting third-party drivers to explain procedures. Direct communication with internal departments responsible for fulfilling client requests.
