Development of management reports and dashboards We are looking for a **Data Analyst** to join our team and strategically analyze and interpret data, contributing to process improvement and generating insights from lead, customer, and market data. This professional will work within the Marketing and Sales structure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analysis and interpretation of large volumes of data * Development of management reports and dashboards * Support in defining KPIs and metrics * Generation of insights for decision-making **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in related fields (IT, Statistics, Engineering, etc.) * Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools * Experience with CRM tools **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience analyzing CRM-related metrics and KPIs is a plus Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Meal Allowance * Food Basket * Transportation Allowance * Corporate University * Medical and Dental Assistance with corporate partnership
