Problem-solving and continuous improvement **JOB OPENING: CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR** We are seeking professionals to coordinate construction projects, with a focus on planning, execution, and control, ensuring quality, deadlines, and operational efficiency. **Work Location** 1 opening – Baixada Santista **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ (to be discussed) Salary: To be discussed **(SALARY STATED SOLELY FOR COMPLIANCE PURPOSES AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL POSITION)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, develop, and monitor construction schedules * Manage site operations, teams, and administrative routines * Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality requirements * Supervise work activities and monitor productivity * Coordinate subcontractors and support teams * Control materials, equipment, and resources * Prepare reports and track performance indicators * Problem-solving and continuous improvement **Requirements:** * Proven experience in construction coordination * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD 2D * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B (mandatory) * Flexibility regarding working hours and travel **Preferred Qualification:** * Experience with aluminum window and door systems **Desired Profile:** A professional with leadership skills, organizational ability, analytical vision, proactivity, and strong communication skills, capable of making decisions in a construction-site environment.
