Collaboration with global technical teams **L2 Application Support Specialist (Java)** **Location:** São Paulo, Brazil **Work Model:** On-site – Full-time **About the Role** We are looking for L2 Application Support Specialists to support critical Java applications in production environments. The role focuses on operational stability, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. **Responsibilities** * Provide Level 2 support for production applications * Debug Java applications and analyze logs * Execute SQL queries for problem investigation * Perform troubleshooting in Linux environments * Create and maintain support scripts * Respond to production incidents and alerts * Collaborate with global technical teams * Document root cause analyses and solutions **Required Qualifications** * 4–6 years of IT experience * Experience supporting Java applications * Strong SQL knowledge * Knowledge of Linux/Unix * Scripting experience * Prior production support experience * **Fluent English and Portuguese (bilingual)** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting large-scale (enterprise-level) applications * Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems **Work Model** On-site, full-time position in São Paulo. Compensation: R$6.000,00 – R$9.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
