Requirements: The R\&D **Modernization** area is responsible for the **modernization** of **credit and receivables** systems and seeks a **Junior Software Engineer** to join our team at the largest software development and product company for the Brazilian financial market — where we believe technological innovation inspires evolution. **This role will be responsible for:** * Influencing delivery prioritization jointly with the Product Owner (PO) and Project Manager (PM), as required by projects; * Monitoring existing processes and helping develop new ones while promoting improvements. * Collaborating with the Squad and other stakeholders in implementing action plans to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of our services. * Influencing the Squad’s adoption of software engineering best practices and software quality. * Influencing the Squad’s organization of technical activities. * Influencing the Squad to organize technical activities and pursue high availability and scalability of system environments and projects. * Monitoring and ensuring transparency regarding dependencies, constraints, and risks associated with the demands and projects handled by the Squad. * Critically analyzing and assessing daily technical (BUGs) and operational issues based on experience and practices to identify potential solutions within the context of environment, process, and system quality. **To \#match this position, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:** * C\#/.NET * Currently enrolled in or having completed a university degree. **Additional knowledge or experience below will be considered advantageous:** * Microservices * API-first * DevOps * Micro Frontend * Design System * TDD (Test-Driven Development) * BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) * DDD (Domain-Driven Design) * Angular (desirable) Benefits **So, does this resonate with you so far?
