About the Role: R&B is seeking a Mobile Developer to lead the development of mobile solutions that enhance traceability and transparency across business processes. You will be responsible for defining the technical direction, leading development efforts, and ensuring the maintenance of modern, high-performance, and intuitive mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of developers and UX designers in a dynamic, innovative, and value-driven environment. **#LI-Onsite** Responsibilities: * Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications focused on process traceability. * Ensure implementation of intuitive and responsive interfaces, with emphasis on user experience. * Write clean, sustainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices. * Identify and resolve complex issues, and conduct code reviews to ensure delivery quality and reliability. * Collaborate seamlessly with backend and UX teams to ensure smooth system integration. * Act as a mentor to junior developers and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. * Stay current with industry trends and propose technological innovations. Qualifications: **Required Qualifications** * Solid experience in mobile application development. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience). * Proficiency in mobile languages and frameworks: + Swift + Kotlin + Flutter + Java * Strong knowledge of: + Windows + Linux + TCP/IP + HTTP protocol + REST + Scrum * Knowledge of mobile application design principles and user interface (UI/UX) concepts. * Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools. * DevOps practices and continuous integration. * Passion for mobile development and eagerness to remain at the forefront of technology. **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced knowledge of mobile app testing and optimization. * Active participation in technology communities. * Certifications in agile methodologies or mobile platforms. * Familiarity with backend technologies and API integration. * Previous contributions to open-source projects. * Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools. * Advanced English proficiency / conversational fluency.
