JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

Description

We are seeking a Junior IT Analyst with a focus on Linux operating systems, a proactive attitude, and a continuous willingness to learn. This professional will provide support, perform basic administration, and maintain Linux environments, as well as assist with infrastructure-, network-, server-, and other IT-related tasks. This position is ideal for early-career professionals aiming to develop technical expertise in corporate environments and infrastructure technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide support and perform basic administration of Linux servers; * Monitor infrastructure environments, services, and resources; * Assist with installation, configuration, and updates of Linux operating systems; * Execute operational routines, basic troubleshooting, and log analysis; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities in IT environments; * Manage access controls, users, and permissions; * Assist with networking, backup, security, and virtualization tasks; * Record support requests, incidents, and technical procedures; * Collaborate with infrastructure, systems, and support teams; * Support continuous improvements and simple operational process automations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat or similar); * Familiarity with Linux commands and basic system administration; * Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure; * Understanding of virtualization; * Basic knowledge of operational environment troubleshooting; * Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
