We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor AntiDDoS consoles in the SOC; * Identify, log, and triage (discarding false positives), analyze according to metrics and industry-standard pattern classifications; * Collect evidence (technical information and detailed data related to detected events, including timestamp, attack trajectory, and involved assets); * Notify and recommend containment, eradication, and/or recovery actions in accordance with defined and pre-agreed procedures with the Information Security team and mitigation recommendations provided by the AntiDDoS tool itself; * Notify and recommend mitigation actions to responsible teams via ticket and, if critical, via phone call; * Mitigate attacks according to best practices, monitor auto-mitigation, and send attack details to the customer; * Notify the Information Security and/or Data Privacy team based on incident severity; * Handle incidents through analysis of knowledge base documents and within the agreed service level; * Create customized reports; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Basic English proficiency; * Experience participating in projects in the fields of Information Security or Cybersecurity within MSS/SOC environments; * Experience working with AntiDDoS technology; * Experience handling offenses related to attacks on infrastructure, networks, and applications; * Experience analyzing logs and collecting evidence to support containment actions for potential incidents. **Desired Qualifications** * Advanced knowledge of computer networking, including protocols, services, and network traffic collection and analysis; * Knowledge related to operating system architecture (Windows and Linux); * Certifications in the field of Information Security. **Additional Information** Want to explore all our open positions?
