Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams Description: * Proven experience in exposed concrete and/or post-tensioned concrete construction. * Track record of involvement in high-technical-demand institutional projects. * Solid knowledge of execution processes, shoring, and concrete finishing. * Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Oversight of high-technical-complexity construction execution, especially for exposed concrete structures. * Participation in institutional projects (e.g., Sesc units or similar), ensuring compliance with architectural requirements. * Control of concrete pour joints, formwork panel layout, shoring lines and reshoring, while ensuring uniform concrete finish and adequate structural protection during curing. * Planning and execution of concrete pouring in continuous panels, including use of special formwork, appropriate form release agents, and precise concrete mix control. * Coordination with designers, inspection teams, and suppliers. * Management of multidisciplinary teams, monitoring productivity and ensuring accurate reading and interpretation of structural and architectural drawings. 2512040202181901228
