




Job Summary: Professional to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance on electrical systems, lead teams, and work on ESG and innovation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in innovation and digital transformation of electrical systems **Technical Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on high and medium voltage electrical systems, ensuring operational continuity and risk mitigation. * Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and regulations (ABNT NBRs, NR\-10, NR\-35, among others). * Perform failure diagnostics, root cause analysis, and propose technical solutions focused on reliability and energy efficiency. * Manage maintenance and electrical service supply contracts, controlling costs, deadlines, performance, and technical quality. * Lead teams of technicians and engineers, promoting continuous training, safety culture, and operational excellence. * Develop and implement energy efficiency and distributed generation projects, with emphasis on renewable sources (photovoltaic solar, wind, among others). * Work on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) projects, focusing on electrical sustainability and responsible management of energy resources. * Actively participate in technological innovation and digital transformation projects, such as automation, remote monitoring, and digitalization of electrical systems. * Prepare technical reports, maintenance plans, corrective action plans, and electrical performance indicators (KPIs). * Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentary traceability and regulatory compliance. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. * Active registration with CREA. * Proven experience in high and medium voltage systems (operation, maintenance, and protection). * Proficiency in ABNT, NBR, NR\-10, NR\-35 standards and related legislation. * Experience managing technical teams and maintenance contracts. * Knowledge of distributed generation systems and energy efficiency. * Familiarity with ESG indicators and practices applied to the electrical sector. * Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, three-phase diagrams, and complex electrical schematics. * Proficiency in maintenance management software (GMAO/CMMS) and electrical monitoring tools. **Desirable Differentiators:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Power Electrical Systems, Maintenance Engineering, Asset Management, or Sustainability. * Certifications in Electrical Safety, Project Management (PMI, Lean, Six Sigma), and ESG. * Experience in industrial, institutional, or technical education environments. * Participation in automation, digitalization, and technological innovation projects. * Technical English (desirable). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Technical leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Planning and execution of electrical maintenance and operation activities. * Analysis and resolution of complex technical problems. * Innovation management and implementation of continuous improvements. * Commitment to operational safety, sustainability, and technical excellence.
