Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with practical e-commerce experience to assist with daily operational tasks and support the management of a growing business, covering operations from receiving goods to shipping, as well as managing marketplaces. Developing processes and proactive initiatives **Position:** E\-commerce Assistant **Salary:** R$ 2\.200 to R$ 2\.300 (CLT) **Location:** Santo André – SP **Company:** Growing e\-commerce operation (Marketplaces) About the Role We seek a professional with practical e\-commerce experience to assist with daily operational tasks and support day-to-day business management. Main Responsibilities * Assist with e\-commerce operations from receiving goods to shipping * Handle customer service, complaints, and coordination with logistics carriers * Monitor and improve order flow and delivery timelines * Manage listings and campaigns on marketplaces * Operate and monitor ERP systems, pricing, and product cataloging * Support procurement, price reviews, and spreadsheet organization * Assist with operations, packaging, and shipping when required Requirements * Proven experience in e\-commerce operations * Experience with Mercado Livre and Shopee * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Fulfillment, ADS, listing creation, and image/video editing/creation Expected Behavioral Profile A professional who views the business holistically, takes initiative, organizes processes, and maintains execution standards.
