Leadership in the implementation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) An Information Technology company is seeking a Solution Architect in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Definition and Standardization: Create and evolve reference architectures (Microservices, Monolith First, EDA, etc.) and keep the Tech Radar up to date. Living Documentation: Develop architecture diagrams using the C4 Model (Context, Container, Component) and record pivotal architectural decisions via ADRs (Architecture Decision Records). Technical Governance (SDLC): Support squads throughout the development lifecycle by performing technical design activities (Design), defining Non-Functional Requirements (NFR Checklist), and verifying compliance during solution construction (Build). Mentoring and Culture: Serve as a technical reference for squads, supporting the resolution of complex impediments and mentoring aspiring architects. Technical Debt Management: Identify, document, and propose action plans for technical debt and legacy systems. Hands-on Implementation: Lead the implementation of high-complexity Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Previous experience as a Software Architect, Systems Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or Data Architect may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
