User support and system improvements An Information Technology services company is seeking a Junior Protheus Systems Analyst in Taboão da Serra. Tiviati is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. We offer services ranging from software development to digital transformation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Provide functional and technical support for the company's Protheus ERP. Perform configurations, development, and integrations with internal and third-party systems. Handle high-complexity requests by investigating root causes and proposing solutions. Develop customizations and integrations in the Protheus environment. Support users in business processes and system improvements. Execute tests and ensure delivery quality. Work with Protheus architecture and database. Provide project support and interface with vendors and internal departments. Identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation. Ensure up-to-date documentation, adherence to policies and best practices, and information security. Previous experience as Junior Systems Analyst, Junior Protheus Consultant, Protheus Programmer, or Junior ERP Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
