Use AI tools in the creative process #### **About the Role:** We have a new opportunity for a Junior Designer – Commercial Planning here at Band! We seek a candidate who goes beyond layout: someone with solid visual storytelling skills, capable of intelligently integrating text and image to help transform ideas into clear, engaging, and visually attractive presentations. You will join a team developing Branded Content projects and commercial solutions within the programming of the Bandeirantes Group, directly contributing to the visual and narrative construction of these proposals. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop commercial presentations that effectively organize and convey an idea, with clarity, rhythm, and visual impact. * Create visual assets that enhance and integrate text, amplifying the message. * Manage the relationship between text and image, ensuring both complement and reinforce the creative concept. * Support the creation of infographics, charts, and visual elements that simplify information and data. * Collaborate with copywriters and the creative team to build more strategic and visually refined materials. * Use AI tools in the creative process (image generation, layout assistance, exploration of visual directions). * Ensure quality, visual consistency, and organization of materials, adhering to brand guidelines. * Perform quick adjustments and refinements based on feedback. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Design, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Strong experience with PowerPoint. * Ability to integrate text and image holistically—not merely applying layouts. * Familiarity with AI tools applied to design (e.g., image generation, creative support, visual art). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and ease working in teams. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple demands and tight deadlines while maintaining organization and delivery quality. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Interest in television, content, and entertainment formats * Familiarity with the media, TV, or advertising industry * Prior experience creating commercial presentations * Familiarity with or prior experience using video editing tools * Portfolio showcasing previous projects #### **Benefits:** #### **What We Offer?** A relaxed work environment with supportive colleagues eager to assist and share knowledge.
