Our area specializes in developing and managing financial solutions focused on the Digital Business segment. We are committed to delivering products and services that meet, with excellence, the needs of companies of all sizes—serving both retail and wholesale markets. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Products Specialist, you will work within the Consignado Loan Products management team, performing the following key activities: * Monitor the consigned loan market and conduct benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, best practices, and competitive appetite; * Monitor customer journeys across different channels, run tests, and propose improvements to optimize usability and conversion; * Track product KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience, pricing, and conversion; * Identify, measure, and prioritize initiatives that deliver value and align with the bank’s strategic objectives; * Structure projects, write user stories, and perform acceptance testing to ensure adherence to critical scenarios; * Monitor project implementation and ensure alignment with requirements and zero production impact; * Ensure timely, accurate communication, reporting, and cross-company engagement regarding product enhancements; * Generate insights to make the consigned loan product the best in the market. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields; * End-to-end expertise in INSS consigned loan products (new loans, refinancing, and portability); * In-depth knowledge of consigned loan processing workflows and communication services with Dataprev; * Advanced knowledge of processors/endorsers and digital formalization; * Deep understanding of regulations and policies governing consigned loans; * Ability to prepare analytical data studies; * Proficiency in preparing clear, concise reports and presentations tailored to various hierarchical levels.
