Our area specializes in developing and managing financial solutions focused on the Digital Business segment. Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco \- SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work in the Payroll-Deductible Products Management team, with the following main responsibilities: * Monitor the payroll-deductible loan market and conduct benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, best practices, and competitive appetite; * Monitor the customer journey across different channels, perform tests, and suggest improvements to optimize usability and conversion; * Monitor product KPIs and identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, pricing, and conversion; * Identify, measure, and prioritize initiatives that generate value and align with the bank’s objectives; * Structure projects, write user stories, and perform acceptance testing to ensure key scenarios are covered; * Monitor project implementation and ensure alignment with requirements and zero production impact; * Ensure proper and timely communication, reporting, and cross-company engagement regarding product enhancements; * Generate insights to make the payroll-deductible loan product the best in the market. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields; * End-to-end expertise in INSS payroll-deductible loan products (new loans, refinancing, and portability); * In-depth knowledge of payroll-deductible loan processing workflows and communication services with Dataprev; * Thorough understanding of processors/endorser platforms and digital formalization; * Deep understanding of payroll-deductible loan regulations and policies; * Ability to prepare analytical studies (data-driven); * Proficiency in preparing clear, concise reports and presentations tailored to various hierarchical levels.
