We are looking for a professional to drive and ensure the integrity of our clients by working in the ADAS and AI domain, with responsibility for Python development activities. Our work model is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days per week at our office located on Oscar Freire Street in São Paulo. If you’re seeking a new challenge in Development & AI and want to work on projects that truly impact business outcomes, we’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop Python-based systems (primarily web system backends); Design, structure, and develop workflows, agents, and multi-agent AI systems; Develop solutions based on RAG and vectorized search mechanisms; Create data structures for various internal systems and developments; Deeply understand real business challenges and actively participate in conceiving and designing software products and platforms, leveraging the most modern solutions aligned with "AI-First" principles; Contribute to defining strategies, tools, and analytical methods — considering the company’s 'data-driven' strategy. Requirements: **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid hands-on experience in backend web development using Python; * Minimum knowledge and experience in prompt engineering and generative AI-based agentic solutions; * Design and implementation of REST/GraphQL APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django); * Basic knowledge of SQL (Postgres) and relational database structures; * Minimum familiarity with PydanticAI and LangChain; * Minimum familiarity with Git, Docker, automated testing, and CI/CD; * Minimum familiarity with vector databases; * Strong logical reasoning and resilience to operate effectively in challenging and dynamic environments. * Ability to communicate clearly and didactically, translating complex reasoning and analyses into narratives understandable to non-technical audiences; **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure) and Kubernetes; * Knowledge of JavaScript and React for web development.
