Martech Developer - Full Stack

Job Summary: Develop and maintain applications, tools, and automations to support marketing, growth, and customer acquisition operations, as well as integrate platforms and structure marketing data. Key Highlights: 1. Full Stack development and system integrations. 2. Marketing automation and CRM work. 3. Marketing process optimization and data analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain applications, internal tools, and automations that support marketing, growth, and customer acquisition operations. * Create and maintain integrations among marketing platforms (CRM, marketing automation, media platforms, analytics, and databases). * Structure systems for collecting, organizing, and storing marketing data. * Develop APIs, webhooks, and integrations between different systems used by the marketing team. * Implement and optimize automation workflows in CRM and marketing automation tools. * Support the implementation and integration of new Martech tools into the company's ecosystem. * Develop dashboards and data structures for campaign performance and acquisition funnel analysis. * Ensure proper functioning of tracking, measurement, and data analysis systems. * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within marketing operations. * Document processes, integrations, and developed solutions. **Technical Requirements:** * Experience in Full Stack development. * Experience developing and consuming REST APIs. * Experience integrating systems and digital platforms. * Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Node.js, or similar. * Experience with relational or non-relational databases (SQL or NoSQL). * Experience with version control (Git). * Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, RD Station, or similar). * Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar). * Experience with data structures and information organization for marketing analysis.
