Ensure seamless and efficient data flow across platforms (Cloud, On\-premise, and Salesforce) to feed Next Best Offer (NBO) models. **Salesforce CoE (Center of Excellence):** Act as the primary owner of governance, administration, and sustainability of Salesforce clouds. Define the roadmap and future vision for the partnership, maximizing ROI from licenses and ensuring technical platform health. **CRM Evolution:** Lead the development of advanced solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Personalization, transforming business requirements into scalable technical architectures and personalized customer journeys. **Tagging and Data Collection:** Ensure excellence in behavioral data collection across the Bank’s entire digital ecosystem.
