Future development opportunities include applying artificial intelligence to data, integrating diverse data sources, building pipelines in Fabric, and developing more advanced analytical solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Design new ETLs (Extract, Transform, and Load) to support dashboard development projects; * Provide support for existing ETLs (Extract, Transform, and Load) and dashboards, assisting project teams in resolving specific issues, driving continuous improvement, and adding new functionalities; * Build new dashboards for projects covering various environmental topics, including sustainability, risk management—such as Contaminated Sites Management, Environmental Licensing, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Due Diligence; * Publish dashboards on our Microsoft Power BI Online infrastructure; * Create process automations using Microsoft Power Automate, integrating systems and optimizing workflows; * Develop BI solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric capabilities—including pipelines, notebooks, dataflows, and lakehouses—for data integration and orchestration; * Apply Artificial Intelligence capabilities in BI solutions, utilizing predictive models, automated data analysis, and insight generation to support decision-making. **Technical Skills:** * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Power BI: experience developing interactive dashboards and reports, with emphasis on user experience; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of data modeling and commonly used DAX functions (CALCULATE, FILTER, variable declarations, SUMMARIZE, CALCULATETABLE), M language (logical IFs, date operations, table append and merge), and API queries; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel—intermediate/advanced): pivot tables, chart creation, database modeling and structuring; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience in environmental consulting. **Behavioral Skills:** * Agile, dynamic, independent, and curious when solving complex problems; * Strong organizational and communication skills; * Systems thinking and commitment to continuous improvement; * Focus on user experience and unwavering client orientation; * Ability to switch between projects covering different topics; * Commitment to staying updated on software releases and emerging tools in the Data Science and BI markets; * Familiarity with online developer communities to identify solutions for the tools in use. **Desirable but not mandatory:** * Programming knowledge in R and Python; * Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate platform; * Experience using Microsoft Fabric features and tools; * Use of Artificial Intelligence features applied to BI and automated analytics. **Relevant differentiators:** * Knowledge of SQL and database structuring using Azure and/or other platforms; * Familiarity with ESRI tools; * Experience with environmental data management software—EQuIS. **Education and Experience Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience.
