Our mission is to ensure implementation of the Debt Recovery and Collections Policy, establishing a structured process for collecting overdue payments, managing authority levels, defining discount rules and limits for debt regularization, assigning responsibilities and delegating authority, segregating functions, and ensuring effective controls to comply with organizational guidelines. Work model: Hybrid \- 2 days on-site Unit: São Paulo \- Osasco **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will work within the DRC Management team and your main activities will include: * Measuring, optimizing, and generating insights on the conversion funnel of digital billing channels, connecting data, communication, and customer journey to increase conversion (agreements and payments) efficiently; * Cross-functional collaboration with squads (Owned Channels, Conversational/WhatsApp, Marketplaces, and Data & Analytics); * Daily analysis of funnels per channel (impressions \| clicks \| intent \| agreement \| payment), including identification of bottlenecks, variance, and segmentation; * Development and maintenance of executive and operational dashboards (Power BI) featuring KPIs, breakdowns, and cross-channel comparisons; * Optimization testing and hypotheses (CRO): define levers per channel (messages, frequency, journey, UX in App/Portal) and measure impact; * Channel attribution and mix modeling (cross-effect among WhatsApp/SMS/RCS/Email/App/Portal/Marketplaces) to prioritize investments and sequencing; * Data governance and tracking: specify and validate metrics, events, UTMs, integrations, and data quality with the Data squad. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * SQL (Advanced): Complex queries, window functions, CTEs, heavy joins, performance tuning; * Power BI or equivalent (Intermediate/Advanced): Data modeling, DAX, measures, scheduled refreshes, and design of executive dashboards; * Excel/Sheets (Advanced): Pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH, ad hoc analysis; * Knowledge of digital channels and metrics (Advanced): CTR, CVR, reach, engagement, deliverability, opt\-out, intent, agreement, payment; * Messaging/MarTech (Intermediate): WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Email platforms (e.g., Infobip, Twilio, Zenvia, Salesforce/Adobe/Oracle); * Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, funnel analysis, CRO, and hands-on experience with conversational and owned channels.
