Description

Job Summary: Responsible for consolidating and analyzing financial results, preparing management reports, and monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as a bridge between departments to ensure strategic alignment Consolidate and analyze the financial results of the group's companies, considering different tax regimes (Real Profit and Presumed Profit). Prepare management reports, consolidated income statements (DREs), margin analyses, and profitability analyses by business unit. Monitor and validate accounting and tax statements jointly with internal staff. Support the development of industrial and logistics cost controls. Monitor financial and operational KPIs, proposing improvements to processes and internal controls. Ensure compliance with ancillary obligations and current tax regulations. Act as a liaison among operational, tax, accounting, and executive departments, promoting integration and strategic alignment. Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Prior experience in controller functions, preferably within groups comprising multiple companies and industrial/distribution activities. Solid knowledge of Brazilian tax regimes and their accounting implications. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, CIGAM). Strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and communication skills across hierarchical levels.
