Job Summary: Serve as a technical reference in the development and evolution of digital solutions, leading complex initiatives and promoting sound software engineering practices. Key Highlights: 1. System architectural evolution and legacy modernization JOB OBJECTIVE Serve as a technical reference in the development and evolution of digital solutions, leading complex initiatives and promoting sound software engineering practices. Actively contribute to architectural decisions, system integration, legacy modernization, and application of artificial intelligence, ensuring alignment with institutional strategy and positive impact on academic and operational journeys. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide technical leadership for development projects, supporting other analysts and ensuring quality, scalability, and security standards. * Develop complete applications (front\-end and back\-end) using technologies such as .NET Core (C\#), Angular, and TypeScript. * Design and build robust RESTful APIs and integrations between internal and external systems, including via messaging (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus). * Drive system architectural evolution, contributing to decoupling and modernization of legacy systems (monoliths to microservices). * Promote practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and code reviews in development environments. Support the design and governance of solutions leveraging middleware and API Gateway (experience with Sensedia is a plus). * Conduct technical investigations and POCs for adopting new tools, languages, or development approaches. * Collaborate with business analysts and designers to build digital products aligned with user needs. * Encourage applied AI usage (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, copilots) in solution development. * Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum), contributing systemic perspective and technical prioritization. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years in software development, with experience in medium- and high-complexity projects, assuming technical leadership roles. **Technical Knowledge and Competencies:** * Proficiency in .NET Core (C\#), Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript. **REST API architecture, messaging (e.g.:** RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus), and middleware-based integration. Design Patterns, DDD, Clean Code, automated testing (xUnit, Jest). Responsive front\-end development with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS. Relational databases (SQL Server, T\-SQL) and version control with Git. Azure DevOps (pipelines, releases, tests). DevOps practices and CI/CD. Experience with Sensedia, SSIS, or other ESBs is a plus. Advanced English for technical reading and documentation.
