Job Summary: Junior HR Analyst to handle severance calculations, verification and issuance of termination documents, legal deadline tracking, and support in offboarding processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in offboarding processes and assistance to former employees **JOB: Junior HR Analyst** **Responsibilities:** Perform severance calculations (final salary balance, notice period, vacation pay, proportional 13th salary, penalties) Verify and issue termination documents (TRCT, FGTS key, payment slips) Monitor legal deadlines for payment of severance benefits Submit information to eSocial Assist former employees with inquiries regarding paid amounts Support offboarding processes (resignation, dismissal without cause, dismissal for cause) Verify payroll data affecting termination calculations **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting Intermediate knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) Experience in severance calculations Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP) Intermediate Excel skills Experience handling high-volume terminations Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements **Salary R$** 3500,00 **Benefits:** Meal voucher R$ 37.00/day, food allowance R$ 50.00/month, and transportation allowance. **Work Location:** São Paulo, SP **Working Hours:** Business hours Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
