What You’ll Do Daily: * Handle delinquent customers to regularize accounts and negotiate outstanding balances extrajudicially; * Monitor and manage customer service flow, ensuring efficient and humanized outreach; * Update customer service systems and management tools to keep processes organized. What We Expect From You: * Clear and persuasive communication to engage diverse customer profiles; * Ability to adapt to various negotiation scenarios in credit recovery; * Strong writing skills, with experience drafting clear, structured strategic documents. * Dynamic and analytical mindset, always seeking efficient solutions.
