**Job Description** **Hello, we are Pet Cães e Cia!** We currently have approximately 150 employees. Since our founding 20 years ago, we have prioritized delivering high-quality services at fair prices, ensuring the well-being of our beloved pets and their owners. Today, we proudly operate a network of twelve stores and an efficient distribution center. To better serve our customers, we offer multiple service channels, including physical stores, e-commerce, telesales, and WhatsApp support. We also partner with renowned platforms such as Rappi, Mercado Livre, Shopee, and Magazine Luiza, among others. Additionally, we maintain a specialized pet grooming department, veterinary services, and a pet hotel. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Expedition Coordinator** to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the delivery team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achievement of established goals. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** **Your typical day will include:** * Coordinating daily expedition activities to ensure efficiency in goods dispatch and receipt processes; * Strategically and optimally planning and **releasing delivery routes**; * **Managing the motoboy team**, defining routes, schedules, and delivery priorities; * Monitoring deliveries in real time and resolving operational contingencies; * Ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining high-quality customer service; * Controlling order intake and dispatch, documentation, and delivery confirmations.
