1\. Production Planning and Control (PCP)
* Coordinate the production plan according to demand, capacity, and resources.
* Monitor production indicators (volume, productivity, efficiency).
* Adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
2\. People Management
* Coordinate leaders and operators.
* Assign tasks and shifts.
* Identify training and development needs.
* Promote engagement, discipline, and a positive organizational climate.
3\. Process Monitoring
* Ensure compliance with operational procedures.
* Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements.
* Standardize processes and best practices.
4\. Quality
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.
* Collaborate with quality control to reduce rework and waste.
* Analyze root causes of non-conformities.
5\. Safety and Environment
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
* Promote accident prevention practices.
* Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
6\. Cost and Resource Control
* Monitor consumption of raw materials, supplies, and energy.
* Reduce waste and losses.
* Support operational cost control.
7\. Interdepartmental Coordination
* Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, procurement, quality, and engineering departments.
* Align production with sales and strategic planning.
8\. KPIs and Reporting
* Monitor and analyze KPIs such as OEE, efficiency, scrap rate, productivity, and absenteeism.
* Prepare management reports for leadership.

Proven experience in plastic injection.

Compensation: Starting from R$4\.000,00 per month
