Advantages * Prior experience managing timekeeping for a large number of employees. * Experience integrating timekeeping systems with payroll systems. * Perform timekeeping data processing and month-end closing, including resolution of inconsistencies, justification handling, and necessary adjustments. * Guide employees and managers on correct use of the timekeeping system. * Verify overtime hours, absences, shift schedules, and special working hours. * Support pre-payroll routines, ensuring timekeeping data is up to date. * Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, focusing on timekeeping-related impacts. * Address requests and tickets related to time entries, working hour rules, and internal policies. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company internal policies. 2512060202191907003
