Our commitment is to deliver scalable, customized solutions that make a difference in people's lives. ### **About the Role:** We are looking for a **Solutions Architect** to define and evolve technological solutions in a highly complex and growing environment. This role focuses on **translating business needs into technically viable, scalable, and secure solutions**, working closely with engineering and product teams. We seek a **hands-on, pragmatic, delivery-oriented profile**, capable of balancing technical decisions with business timelines and context. ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Design and evolve **solution architectures** for products and projects * Translate business requirements into **structured technical solutions** * Collaborate closely with development teams, supporting day-to-day technical decisions * Ensure alignment of solutions with **defined architectural standards** * Design and implement **integrations between internal and external systems** * Define **APIs, contracts, and data flows** * Apply architectural patterns such as: **Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture** * Design solutions on **AWS**, considering scalability, resilience, security, and cost-efficiency * Work with services such as: **ECS/EKS, SQS/SNS, Kafka, API Gateway** * Support decisions related to **infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), deployment strategy, and observability** ### **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a **Solutions Architect or Senior Tech Lead** * Strong knowledge of **distributed systems architecture** * Experience with **microservices and event-driven architectures** * Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms (preferably AWS)** * Experience with **complex integrations and APIs** * Knowledge of engineering best practices: SOLID and DDD * Experience with **architectural documentation (C4, ADRs)** * Ability to make decisions based on **trade-offs** * **AWS certifications** ### **Nice-to-Have (Not Required but Valued):** * Experience in **fintechs or regulated environments** * Experience with **high-scale and mission-critical systems** * Knowledge of **security (IAM, Zero Trust)** * Experience with **observability and reliability** * Experience with **legacy system modernization** ### **What We Offer:** * PJ contract model and 100% remote work * TotalPass * Autonomous environment focused on results and continuous learning * Meaningful projects with real technology and innovation challenges Opportunity to work with cloud, generative AI, and modern architecture; incentives for certifications (e.g., AWS) and career development * ### **What It’s Like to Work at Skopia:** Results, creativity, pragmatism, and commitment are the pillars guiding our culture.
