Support technical maintenance and user support Description: Major(s): Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Semester(s): Starting from the 3rd semester * Assist in system development and customization according to technical specifications; * Support system implementation, including monitoring tests, user acceptance testing, and training; * Collaborate on corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications; * Assist in documenting processes and routines of deployed systems; * Provide technical support and user assistance under supervision; * The intern will focus on development using the C\# programming language and Oracle database; * Address issues identified by users and implement suggested improvements; * Use the GestãoX ticketing system to track activities. 2510310202231841364
