Job Summary: Architecture and engineering professional to work on project development, technical drawing preparation, and construction site support. Key Highlights: 1. Develop technical drawings and detailed designs 2. Conduct field data surveys and measurements 3. Support the preparation of technical presentations Description: * Support the development of preliminary studies, conceptual designs, and executive architectural projects. * **Develop technical drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed designs in accordance with established guidelines.** * Assist in basic coordination between architectural projects and complementary projects (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). * **Conduct field data surveys, measurements, and organization of technical information.** * Assist in preparing descriptive reports, technical specifications, and basic quantity takeoffs. * **Support the preparation of technical presentations and graphic materials for clients and stakeholders.** * Research applicable technical standards, urban legislation, and building codes. * **Support construction site monitoring by conducting supervised technical visits and preparing reports.** * Maintain project files organized and updated according to internal standards. * **Meet deadlines and quality standards defined by technical leadership.** **Desirable:** Experience in wholesale warehouse (atacarejo) project design. Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering completed. Salary: Market-competitive. Benefits: Transportation allowance or shuttle service \+ meals at company \+ medical and dental assistance. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00. Location: Liberdade, Ribeirão das Neves (10 minutes from CEASA). Job Type: Full-time CLT position. Compensation: R$2\.037,97 \- R$4\.500,00 per month.
