Job Summary:
Human Resources Analyst responsible for multichannel customer service, customer journey tracking, use of digital tools, and social media management.

HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST
Customer service via all available channels (telephone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and forwarding requests to the sales team;
Customer journey tracking alongside sales representatives—from initial inquiry through to order closure—to ensure sales conversion and full customer satisfaction;
Use of digital control tools (CRM, ERP, Excel);
Implementation of customer satisfaction surveys;
Proactive outreach to inactive or potential customers, per strategies defined by supervision or management;
Monitoring and/or creation of social media posts, comment management, and copy validation—jointly with supervision—for publishing responses.
Preferred qualifications: degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Technical Diploma in Construction.
Proven experience in commercial customer service (secretarial work/sales). Experience in construction, commerce/services sectors is preferred.
