Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment. Conduct complex failure diagnostics; Install, configure, and calibrate automatic steering systems and GPS systems; Interpret diagrams; Maintain CVT transmissions; Complete Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category B; * Flexibility regarding work hours and willingness to travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; * Prior experience at an agricultural dealership and relevant coursework would be advantageous; **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
