**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** 48 hours per week

1st) Planting
* Adjustment of planters (population, depth, spacing);
* Seed verification and treatment;
* Monitoring planting quality (skips, doubles, emergence);
* Adjustment of fertilizer dosage and distribution, as well as verification of uniformity;
2nd) Spraying
* Preparation of spray solution (correct dosage, mixing sequence, product order);
* Sprayer calibration (nozzles, pressure, flow rate);
* Drift control, weather conditions, and optimal timing;
3rd) Harvesting
* Monitoring harvest losses;
* Grain quality (breakage, impurities, moisture);
4th) Daily monitoring and decision-making
* Field monitoring;
* Pest, disease, and weed identification;
* Phenological stage assessment;
* Sampling;
* Soil sampling;
* Leaf sampling (leaf analysis);
* Plant stand counting;
5th) Operational management
* Team management;
* Operator guidance (tractor drivers, sprayer operators, harvesters);
* Input control;
* Inventory of agrochemicals, fertilizers, and seeds.
**Requirements:**
* Candidate must hold a valid driver's license (categories AB) for motorcycles and cars.
* Candidate must have a technical degree in Agriculture or related fields.
* Expertise in daily monitoring and decision-making.
* Experience in planting, spraying, fertilization, and harvesting of large-scale crops.
* Experience in operational management.
