You will be responsible for serving and managing a portfolio of corporate (PJ) members, and—leveraging technology—presenting financial solutions tailored to their needs, effectively conducting negotiations and achieving established goals. Present appropriate financial solutions aligned with members’ needs, marketing products and services consistent with the Cooperative’s objectives and the strategic plan for the segment served. **Visits and Prospecting:** Strengthen relationships with existing members, prospect new ones (with focus on PJ), and identify business opportunities by understanding members’ lines of business, risk profiles, and financial situations. Maintain daily, proactive contact to identify opportunities and needs. **Time and Channel Management:** Manage time effectively between digital channel interactions and in-person visits/services.
