The professional will have the opportunity to learn and support departmental routines, assist in inventory organization, goods verification, parts picking, and team support services. We seek young individuals interested in starting their first professional experience. Must be available for morning and afternoon shifts. Responsibilities 1\. Assist with telephone reception and direct calls to respective departments. 2\. Archive and organize physical documents and files. 3\. Assist in organizing internal events and meetings. 4\. Provide administrative support to various company departments. 5\. Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets. 6\. Perform mailroom duties, including incoming and outgoing correspondence control. 7\.
