**Mission** Assist in administrative activities, such as data entry into systems, equipment registration, invoice typing, tracking inspection and maintenance checklists, creation of RCs (Repair Orders), and generation of reports. **What You Will Do** • Assist administration following fleet vehicle acquisition and release for use, by registering vehicles and related assets in fleet management systems (SAP and SISMA); • Assist in controlling maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and implements, monitoring execution of routines outlined in the maintenance model, as well as generating planned vs. actual performance indicators to support managers’ decision-making; • Assist in preparing vehicles, machinery, and implements for sale, by managing deactivation checklists and asset system write-offs; • Assist farms in complying with maintenance procedures/standards, generating performance reports showing planned vs. actual metrics; • Provide materials to guide maintenance activities on farms, such as “Maintenance Standards and Procedures”; • Assist in maintenance orders, including process closure (settlements), verifying errors and implementing necessary corrections; • Track vehicle, machinery, and equipment mileage, operating hours, and maintenance history for replacement purposes; • Monitor the corporate fleet fueling system and support users when needed (e.g., adjusting available balance, releasing KM in the system); • Provide internal and external customer service; • Request and track hotel reservations for corporate maintenance staff whenever required; • Prepare reports quantifying Heavy Machinery, weekly machine-hours performed, and services executed per farm; • Organize and archive documents; • Purchase office supplies and pantry items; • Control, send, and type invoices; • Create Autoflip requests and Purchase Requisitions in the system; **Profile We Seek:** * Strong sense of prioritization and organization; * Teamwork and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity; * Active communication; Basic knowledge of administrative/maintenance routines. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Pursuing a higher education degree is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; * Residency in Boa Esperança do Sul, Gavião Peixoto, Nova Europa, Curupa, or Ibitinga/SP; * Internal and external recruitment.
