Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the development agenda and technical innovation, renovation, and cost optimization projects in the Mayonnaise & Emulsions category, ensuring compliance and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Execute low-, medium-, and high-complexity product development projects 2. Accelerate time-to-market through cross-functional teams 3. Connect with the global R&D team and suppliers OBJECTIVE: Responsible for supporting the development agenda and technical projects related to innovation, renovation, improvement, and cost optimization in the Mayonnaise \& Emulsions category (Heinz, Hemmer, and Quero brands), ensuring regulatory compliance, food safety, quality, and technical feasibility. Also provides support to Operations, including material and supplier validation and production troubleshooting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Execute low-, medium-, and high-complexity product development projects; * Accelerate time-to-market through cross-functional teams; * Connect with the global R\&D team and suppliers; * Monitor trends, innovations, and best practices; * Plan and conduct laboratory and pilot-scale tests; * Conduct shelf-life studies, sensory analyses, and consumer research; * Prepare reports and presentations, and review technical specifications; * Maintain an updated portfolio and support operational troubleshooting; * Represent the function on site committees and activities; * Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and logistics. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical fields; Advanced Excel proficiency; SAP knowledge is desirable; Prior experience in R\&D within the food and/or beverage industry; Advanced English proficiency and basic Spanish proficiency are desirable.
