We have an opportunity for SENIOR QUALITY ANALYST, come with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage projects and OKRs related to your area of responsibility; * Conduct Kaizens using Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, 8D methodologies; * Promote and carry out continuous improvement of products/processes; * Guardian of QMS (Quality Management System); * Perform audits and action plans; * Conduct training and qualifications; * Monitor and improve strategic KPIs of the area. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration or related fields; * Lean Six Sigma certification; * Knowledge of QMS and ISO9001 is desirable; * Proficiency in statistics and advanced Office suite; * Experience in the textile/apparel industry will be a differentiator; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Analytical, agile, proactive, and self-driven. \#LI\-AM1 \#LI\-ONSITE **Additional information** We are **passionate about our legacy** and **committed to what we aim to become**.
