The mission of this Engineering Manager is to lead and develop a highly senior engineering team, ensuring SafeApp’s consolidation as a scalable platform integrated with the IDCloud ecosystem. Your responsibility will be to raise operational efficiency and technical quality standards, translating ambitious business strategies into robust execution, while mentoring senior (Staff and Senior) engineers to operate with strategic autonomy, proactive risk anticipation, and business-result focus. ### **Your Responsibilities:** * + Support team members’ career growth through 1:1 meetings, continuous feedback, performance evaluations, goal setting, and development of individual development plans; + Lead people with diverse levels of maturity and hard skills; + Drive business value creation and impact within the team by understanding and translating product requirements into functional requirements for the team; + Engage the team in solving complex problems across backend/frontend/mobile systems maintained by the team; + Support the team in system maintenance and continuous improvement, promoting architectural evolutions aligned with business needs; + Contribute to the architectural design of solutions, acting as a technical ambassador capable of asking the right questions so the team builds the correct software solutions. ### **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * + Strong experience in **people management**, especially senior teams; + Prior experience leading engineering teams in growth or transformation contexts; + Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and prioritization; + Solid understanding of software quality, QA practices, and continuous improvement; + Ability to exert technical influence without micromanagement. ### **Nice to Have:** * + Prior experience with **security products, fraud prevention, or mission-critical platforms;** + Experience leading teams from acquired companies or teams undergoing process maturity evolution; + Experience in high-SLA environments, critical rollouts, and enterprise clients. **Discover the Benefits of Becoming a Ser Unico** **Flexible Benefit:** R$1.500,00 per month, distributable across VA/VR, Culture, Mobility, and Flex Vacation modalities; **Remote Work Allowance:** Monthly amount of R$ 120.00 for utility bills and consumption; **Profit Sharing (PLR):** Eligible for Profit and Results Sharing per collective bargaining agreement; **Education Benefit:** Unico fully funds 100% of studies for 100% of employees via courses available on the Unico Skill platform.
