Job Summary: Analyst responsible for manipulating and analyzing large volumes of data, developing BI solutions, and creating reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making and process optimization. Transforming data into strategic insights for continuous improvement **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manipulate and analyze large volumes of data, ensuring information quality and consistency; Develop and implement Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for various company departments; Create interactive reports and dashboards to support decision-making; Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through advanced analytics; Support the optimization of customer service, relationship management, and customer management processes; Transform data into strategic insights for continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction; Collaborate with operational and strategic teams to guide data-driven actions. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields; Experience using SQL for data extraction, processing, and manipulation; Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar); Analytical ability and critical thinking to propose process improvements; ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: R$ 3\.200,00 \+ VT \+ VA R$ 35,00 per day \+ R$ 145,00 Food Basket \+ Medical Plan \+ Dental Plan Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
