#### **About the position:** We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to join the Bazar Novo Mateus team. The professional will be responsible for leading and managing technical activities related to the installation, maintenance, and support of products sold, ensuring excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth technical knowledge, and the ability to optimize processes and develop the team. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the technical team, assigning tasks and monitoring the execution of installation and maintenance services. * Ensure service quality by guaranteeing compliance with technical standards and company policies. * Plan and organize the technical team’s work routines, optimizing resources and time. * Provide specialized technical support to the team and customers, solving complex problems and offering guidance. * Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, requesting replenishment and ensuring availability for operational demands. * Prepare performance reports for the team and services delivered, presenting key indicators and proposing improvements. * Promote the team’s technical development through training and continuous feedback. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. * Manage relationships with service and parts suppliers, when necessary. * Address conflicts and manage crises related to technical issues. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed technical education in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Proven experience supervising or coordinating technical teams, preferably in retail or technical assistance for home appliances/electronics. * Solid knowledge of installation and maintenance of a wide range of products (home appliances, electronics, etc.). * Leadership, people management, and team development skills. * Analytical ability to identify and resolve technical problems. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and proactivity. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. * Brazilian driver’s license category B and willingness to travel, if required. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with service management systems (work orders, scheduling). * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Lean). * Specific technical certifications for relevant products or technologies. * Prior experience in large retail chains.
