While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and contribute to the branch's human resource management so that planning and scheduling meet demand requirements, through monitoring and implementing controls, documentation, problem-solving, and resource optimization. * Control inventory by monitoring receiving, storage, and dispatching activities to comply with established procedures. * Address operational issues as they arise and keep all stakeholders informed, consulting with your manager whenever necessary for decision-making. * Ensure team motivation and appropriate levels of qualification and performance by identifying training and professional development needs and participating in training program development with the People and Management team. * Ensure proper operation and cleanliness of facilities by complying with established standards. * Ensure the physical integrity and safety of employees, machines, and equipment by observing, following, and promoting workplace safety rules and procedures. * Identify and support the implementation of improvement actions identified for unit processes. * Respond to internal and external audits conducted at the facility. * Participate in structural projects aimed at improving productivity, optimizing processes, and other area initiatives, recommending investments. * Manage inventory control, monitoring and validating reconciliations and periodic inventories. * Control the matrix budget by monitoring entries, requesting reclassifications, and correcting entries between accounts. * Promote improvements in work routines by analyzing internal processes, benchmarking against similar companies, and creating, developing, and evaluating instructions and options to optimize team performance. * Be responsible for preventing unauthorized access to process areas in order to avoid intentional product contamination. * Ensure product safety by performing activities in a way that guarantees products free from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP knowledge (controlling PRPs and CCPs related to their activities). * Comply with the company's occupational safety regulations and perform activities in accordance with these standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience and knowledge in inventory management; * Experience and knowledge in tax and accounting; * Availability to work different shifts; * Leadership experience is desirable. **Our benefits include:** * Medical and dental insurance; * Profit Sharing Program; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Private pension plan (BungePrev with company contribution); * Life insurance; * Pharmacy discount program; * Childcare allowance (for female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months); * "Count on Us" Program – Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, provided by specialized professionals, aimed at supporting psychological, social, or emotional matters; * Partnerships with TotalPass (gym), Clube MMB (individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools; * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. **Work location:** Ouro Verde/BA. **Work model:** On-site, regular business hours from Monday to Friday.
