Administrative Silo Supervisor – Ouro Verde/BA

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and support human resources operations at the branch to ensure planning and scheduling meet demand requirements, through monitoring and implementing controls, documentation, problem resolution, and resource optimization.
* Manage inventory by overseeing receiving, storage, and dispatch activities to comply with established procedures.
* Address operational issues as they arise and keep all stakeholders informed, consulting your manager whenever necessary for decision\-making.
* Ensure team motivation and maintain appropriate levels of qualification and performance by identifying training/professional development needs for subordinates and participating in developing the training program with the People & Management team.
* Ensure proper operation and cleanliness of facilities by complying with established standards.
* Ensure the physical integrity and safety of employees, machinery, and equipment by observing, enforcing, and promoting occupational health and safety regulations and procedures.
* Identify and support implementation of improvement initiatives identified for unit processes.
* Respond to and support internal and external audits conducted at the unit.
* Participate in strategic projects aimed at improving productivity, optimizing processes, and other area initiatives, proposing investments.
* Manage inventory control, monitoring and validating reconciliations and periodic inventories.
* Manage the matrix budget, tracking entries, requesting reclassifications, and correcting postings between accounts.
* Drive improvements in work routines by analyzing internal processes, benchmarking against peer companies, and creating, developing, and evaluating instructions and alternatives to optimize team performance.
* Prevent unauthorized access to production areas by controlling entry to avoid intentional product contamination.
* Ensure product safety by performing duties in a manner that guarantees products free from chemical, physical, or biological contamination, applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP knowledge (controlling relevant PRPs and CCPs associated with assigned activities).
* Comply with the company’s occupational safety regulations and perform duties in accordance with applicable standards.
**Requirements:**
* Experience and knowledge in inventory management;
* Experience and knowledge in tax and accounting matters;
* Flexibility regarding working hours;
* Leadership experience preferred;
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or related fields preferred.
