Connect with people in a dynamic and growing environment **BARTENDER** The Trip Food Group, operating 4 restaurants in Belo Horizonte (Trip Food Pampulha, Trip Food Sapucaí, Barzenho, and Poutineria), is looking for an attentive, proactive, and cocktail-enthusiast bartender to join our team! Here, each customer embarks on a global gastronomic journey, and your role is to transform every drink into a memorable experience — with exceptional flavor, presentation, and service. WORK SCHEDULE: Weekdays, holidays, and weekends. Night shift. ABOUT THIS POSITION: * CLT employment; * Rotating schedule (6 days on, 1 day off); * Fixed salary R$1,800.00 + commission RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare drinks, cocktails, and beverages according to house standards; * Serve customers at the bar with friendliness and efficiency; * Recommend beverages based on customer preferences; * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar; * Monitor inventory of beverages, supplies, and utensils; * Ensure consistent presentation and quality standards for all drinks; * Collaborate closely with the dining room and kitchen for seamless service. REQUIREMENTS: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Proven experience as a bartender; * Knowledge of both classic and modern mixology; * Strong communication skills, agility, and attention to detail; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
