Preventive maintenance and vehicle care **About the position:** We are seeking a dedicated and responsible driver to join our team, ensuring safety and efficiency in cargo transportation. The role's mission is to be responsible for transporting goods sold by Grupo Maestri using a Category B vehicle, guaranteeing timely delivery to recipients with quality and no damage. **Main responsibilities:** * Drive and maneuver the vehicle, complying with traffic regulations and internal procedures to ensure safe transportation of goods and equipment. * Inspect the condition of goods to be transported, carefully verifying physical aspects and preservation status to prevent customer complaints. * Visually inspect cargo securing before starting the vehicle to avoid accidents during transit. * Load and unload goods from the vehicle and deliver them to customers with assistance from the Delivery Assistant, using trolleys or handling appropriately to prevent damage, cross-checking goods against the fiscal document to meet customer agreements. * Conduct daily vehicle inspections, assessing the need for preventive and/or corrective maintenance, verifying the presence and proper functioning of mandatory equipment, and performing minor adjustments whenever possible to preserve and ensure appropriate vehicle usage. * Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. * Assist in vehicle and body (if applicable) maintenance and cleaning using sanitization techniques to maintain optimal conservation and operational conditions. * Assist, whenever necessary, in packaging customer goods and/or restocking merchandise to enhance customer service efficiency. * Provide customer service with courtesy and attentiveness, aiming for service quality. * Greet customers whenever passing by, maintaining eye contact and being courteous to ensure excellent service. * Ask customers if they require assistance whenever needed, guiding them to the relevant section or product they seek and suggesting complementary items when appropriate. * Perform other related duties as determined by the immediate supervisor or company demand. **Mandatory requirements:** * Valid Category B driver's license (CNH). * Proven experience driving vehicles. * Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations. * Flexibility regarding working hours. * Familiarity with routes in the operational region. **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Defensive Driving Course. * Basic mechanical knowledge. **Benefits:** * Meal Ticket: R$553.02 * Attendance Bonus: R$150 * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Performance Recognition Bonus * Courses and Training * Various Discount Agreements **Work schedule and working hours:** Monday to Saturday, CLT regime, full-time.
