We provide consulting, software development, and technical support services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Perform diagnostic, corrective, and preventive maintenance on computers and notebooks. Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, displays, keyboards, circuit boards, etc.). Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site user support for IT incidents related to hardware and software. Ensure equipment integrity and adherence to security standards. Perform tasks associated with standard Field Technician duties. Position based in Montes Claros / MG.
