We are seeking a Senior Predictive Maintenance Technician to work at our Mundial unit. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Monitor, collect, and analyze vibration data from industrial machinery to **diagnose failures** (imbalance, misalignment, looseness, wear); * Monitor, collect, and analyze oil analysis data from equipment to detect failures and determine corrective maintenance needs; * Generate **reports** with corrective recommendations, **plan maintenance actions**, and **reduce unplanned downtime**, ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency; * Perform analyses and diagnostics of potential failures based on collected data, describing and recommending actions, and issuing maintenance work orders in SAP/PM; * Execute activities with quality and within defined deadlines, contributing to plant reliability and maintenance goals; * Record daily route inspections and issue maintenance work orders; * Contribute to Asset Management, ensuring industrial plant availability; * Demonstrate alignment with SSMA practices (including reporting in the Alert System), as well as discipline, collaboration, and teamwork. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Experience with SAP/PM; * Knowledge of vibration data collection instruments.
