Apply best practices: TDD, Clean Code, and Design Patterns **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Support development process improvement and solution enhancement through research activities, identifying and proposing new methodologies, concepts, trends, and tools for adoption within the company, aligned with established goals and objectives; * Monitor product performance in production, evaluating potential gaps and opportunities for improvement; * Assist developers in applying best practices for delivering applications in distributed environments; * Analyze requirements and develop software solutions, including database modeling, based on requests; * Actively participate in software/apps development and maintenance processes, devising ways to automate these implementations; * Develop tests and conduct code reviews; * Provide technical guidance to junior professionals; * Perform application deployment/publishing in development and production environments; * Be meticulous, always prioritizing code and infrastructure quality. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Advanced knowledge of Flutter and Ionic; proficiency in C# is considered a plus; * Solid understanding of business rules for applications within your scope; * Proficiency in TDD, Clean Code, and Design Patterns; * Experience with Mobile Stores Admin (Apple Store, Play Store, and App Center); * Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is desirable; * Familiarity with unit and automated testing is desirable. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. * **Work Modality:** To be determined. * **Employment Type:** CLT. * **Salary:** To be determined.
